Authentic Tai Chi Instructions

A welcoming Tai Chi class for all levels, including those new to Tai Chi.

Through gentle, guided movement, beginner students will learn foundational postures and simple meditation practices, build a solid foundation for your Tai Chi practice. More advanced students will be introduced to advanced forms and weapons practice.

With a focus on relaxation, alignment, and mindful movement, students develop greater balance, coordination, and body awareness, to help improve balance, reduce tension, and support overall well-being.
